I’m here to save you!
Breakfast doesn’t have to be so hard and boring. You can meal prep a quick and easy breakfast that tastes delicious and have it eaten before you leave or reheated at work, whichever works best for your morning! I came across a yummy recipe from @thewholecook on Instagram called Spinach Arugula Breakfast Hash. It’s a delicious recipe that I put my own little twist on based on what I had on hand. For example, I wanted to add some bacon to mine and I used kale instead of spinach and arugula. You can take a look at my highlight video with step by step instructions on how to make it!
